The 20% deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel your booking at any time, but the deposit is not returned. If we cancel (weather, safety or government restrictions) you'll be offered an alternative date, a comparable tour, or a full refund of everything you paid.
A 20% deposit is paid securely online through Stripe to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour, before the activity starts, in cash or by card. If the balance isn't settled before the tour begins, the reservation may be cancelled, and the deposit is non-refundable.
