Welcome to Sun 'N Fun Egypt. By accessing our website, booking an excursion, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.

Confirmation: All excursions are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 20% deposit, followed by a written confirmation (via email, WhatsApp, or booking voucher) issued by Sun 'N Fun Egypt.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time prior to booking confirmation due to changes in government regulations, fuel surcharges, or other external cost factors beyond our control.

Participant Details: The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate personal and contact details for all participants. Sun 'N Fun Egypt is not liable for service disruptions resulting from incorrect information.

Deposits and Stripe Integration: A 20% payment is required at the time of booking to secure and confirm your reservation. Our online booking system is securely connected to Stripe to safely process your payment transactions.

Final Payment: The remaining balance for your excursion must be paid on the day of the tour, prior to the commencement of the activity. You may settle this final balance using either cash or card.

Failure to Pay: Failure to complete the final payment before the tour begins may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation without a refund of your deposit.

Cancellations by the Customer: The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. You may cancel your reservation at any time, but the deposit paid to secure the booking will not be refunded, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made.

Cancellations by Sun 'N Fun Egypt: We reserve the right to cancel or modify any excursion due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or government restrictions. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date, a comparable excursion, or a full refund of the amount paid.

Modifications: Sun 'N Fun Egypt reserves the right to alter itineraries, transportation modes, or schedules when deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or convenience of participants.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, or unexpected border closures.

Fitness for Travel: Certain excursions (such as diving, desert safaris, and hiking) require physical exertion and carry inherent risks. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to partake in the booked activities.

Compliance with Instructions: Participants must follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and local laws provided by our guides, representatives, and operators at all times. Sun 'N Fun Egypt reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without entitlement to a refund.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings prior to arrival in Egypt.

Sun 'N Fun Egypt acts as an intermediary for third-party transport, accommodation, and activity providers. While we carefully select our partners, we do not accept direct liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense incurred through the negligence or default of third-party suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun 'N Fun Egypt's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific excursion in question.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sun 'N Fun Egypt and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any website content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
